Acceptable Use

AI-Generated Content

Doodles & Dreams uses artificial intelligence to generate stories, images, and audio narrations from uploaded drawings. While we strive for high-quality, age-appropriate output:

• AI-generated content may contain imperfections, inaccuracies, or unexpected results
• Generated stories and images are not reviewed by a human before being displayed
• Parents and guardians should review generated content before sharing it with children
• We are not responsible for the content produced by third-party AI services

Intellectual Property

Your drawings: you retain full ownership of all original artwork you upload to Doodles & Dreams.

AI-generated content: stories, dream images, illustrations, and audio narrations generated by the service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated stories with family and friends.

Service Availability

Doodles & Dreams is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings page. This will permanently remove all your data, including drawings, stories, and generated content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in ways that could harm the service or other users.

Limitation of Liability

Doodles & Dreams is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users through the app. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
